I was pleasantly surprised by the very spacious and nicely done-up rooms at the hotel, making me look forward to enjoying my stay. However, I was a bit disappointed as the room was not serviced one day. The hotel also offers great meeting facilities for gatherings of 10 to 50 persons, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay overall.

The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with separate toilets/bathrooms and a large desk, but cleanliness could be improved from previous stays. The service is top-notch, with staff going out of their way to ensure a relaxing experience. The location gives this hotel an edge over others, especially for partygoers. The dining experience is exceptional with a wide variety of piping hot and fresh dishes, though coffee quality could be enhanced. The facilities are well-equipped and cater to all needs.

My stay at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were extremely large and well-appointed, filled with lots of Indian sweets and modern facilities, but the area always seemed a bit crowded and noisy. The service at the breakfast and spice restaurant was highly competent and courteous; the staff was very helpful and provided great suggestions. The location was accessible within the city, but could use more additions for kids to enjoy. The dining experience, especially the Indian food at the coffee shop, offered plenty of options with good food. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and some disappointments. The rooms were beautifully decorated for a birthday celebration, quiet, and comfortable, providing everything I needed. However, the room allotment was not ideal as we requested a king-size bed for a couple and were given two single beds after our long 36-hour journey. The service at the hotel was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our total comfort, which truly elevated the atmosphere to a 5-star level. On the flip side, some staff members appeared vague, lost, and untrained at times.
